Mr. Tijerina is one of the firm’s senior banking professionals, representing more than 30 issuers as their financial advisor in the South Texas and Valley area. During his tenure, he served a wide array of issuers, earning the trust of his clients as both financial advisor and underwriter.
Mr. Tijerina has been the Lead or Co-Lead Banker on accounts involving school districts, counties, colleges and cities. As clients have needed professional assistance on preparing and presenting financial documents to national rating and insurance companies, they have called on Mr. Tijerina’s expertise. He has also assisted clients in financial budget planning, bond election preparations, bond town hall meetings, credit and cash flow analyses, development of capital improvement plans, and bond sale transactions.
