Ms. Anderson is a member of Estrada Hinojosa’s Investment Advisory group, providing our clients with the advantage of her extensive skills in cash and investment management.
Before joining the firm, she had a distinguished 25-year career with the City of Austin, where she gained valuable experience in a range of financial positions. During her tenure, she served a five-year term as City Treasurer, and handled investment management, accounting and debt management responsibilities. Additionally, she served for two years as the Chief Investment Officer for the State of Texas and also for ten years as a Senior Managing Consultant for Public Finance Management (PFM), where she specialized in large Texas accounts. Ms. Anderson advises clients on investment strategies, policies, and day-to-day management of investment portfolios.
Ms. Anderson has managed investment portfolios for public funds in the $10 million to $35 billion range since 1981.
